Reddit, Inc.'s 10-K, read.
Bob rates Reddit, Inc. (RDDT) 78/100, bullish, on the 10-K filed February 6, 2026, updated through the 10-Q filed October 30, 2026.
Reddit's latest filing shows a business growing fast and turning sharply more profitable: nine-month 2026 revenue rose about 60% year over year to $2.36 billion, operating income more than tripled to $676 million, and operating cash flow reached $938 million. The main question is whether its traffic, which it relies on in part from Google search and which increasingly competes with AI tools that use Reddit content, can keep growing without the search and AI-substitution risks eroding it.
- Dependence on search-engine traffic: the filing says Reddit relies, in part, on internet search engines such as Google for organic visits, and a securities class action alleges the company misled investors about the impact of Google Search and its AI Overviews feature on its business.
- AI substitution: forward-looking statements flag the development of AI agents that let users access Reddit content without visiting the platform directly, and an experiment or implementation to restrict or partially restrict access to users who are logged into an account, which could reduce user traffic.
- Securities litigation: a class action and related shareholder derivative suits are pending, with the plaintiffs' second amended complaint filed on October 23, 2026 and a motion to dismiss due on or before November 23, 2026.
- Regulatory penalty: the UK Information Commissioner's Office issued a GBP 14.5 million fine under UK GDPR in February 2026, which the company is appealing.
- Advertising concentration: advertising is the large majority of revenue (about 94% of nine-month 2026 revenue), and US revenue still represents about 80% of total in the nine-month period.
