Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bob’s Research (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not investment advice

Bob’s Research is a financial publisher, not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Everything on the Service — including ratings, theses, risk summaries, technical indicators, support and resistance ranges, and newsletters — is general information and education published identically to all readers. It is not personalized advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset, and not an offer or solicitation to do so. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

2. No warranty; accuracy

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Ratings and summaries are generated with the assistance of automated systems and large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Underlying data is drawn from third-party sources (including public regulatory filings and market-data sources) that we do not control and do not independently verify. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or uninterrupted.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account, which you create by signing in with a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use paid features.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. Prices may change on prospective notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service’s content or ratings at scale;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, ratings, design, and branding, is owned by Bob’s Research and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial research. Source filings and market data remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bob’s Research and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bob’s Research is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
